Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Noyvia preview and take effect on 28 August 2026.

These are not yet final commercial terms. The access options and charge timing have been defined, but the preview does not accept payments. Before commercial use is enabled, the operator's full legal identity, postal address, direct contact details, tax or registry information where required, and the final withdrawal, cancellation, and refund policy will be added.

1. What Noyvia is

Noyvia is an artificial intelligence system for short personal reflection and self-help for adults. Responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong.

2. What it is not

It is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, doctor, emergency service, legal adviser, or financial adviser. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, clinical assessment, or professional direction. Using it does not create a professional-client relationship or professional confidentiality.

3. Conditions of use

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must read the limits, these terms, and the privacy notice.
Sending messages to the AI requires separate explicit consent.
You must not enter information that identifies you or another person.

4. Your decisions

Responses are general self-reflection suggestions, not instructions. Check important information before acting and contact a suitable professional when a decision concerns health, safety, rights, financial commitments, or another high-risk matter. The final choice remains yours.

5. Immediate danger

Do not use Noyvia as an emergency service. If there is immediate danger or serious injury, call 112. For immediate psychosocial support in Greece, you can call 10306.

6. Privacy and saving

Noyvia does not retain conversation history on its own server. Optional saving is encrypted in the device browser and occurs only after the user chooses it. Messages and, when dictation is used, audio are submitted to Cloudflare infrastructure to create a response or transcript. Read the Privacy Notice for details.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to breach security, use excessive automation, disrupt the service, use it for an unlawful purpose, or use it to harm another person.

8. Availability and changes

The preview may change, be limited, or stop. Continuous availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. A material change will be shown with a new version date and will require renewed acceptance where needed.

9. Planned charges

The "24 hours" option costs €5.00 one time and does not renew automatically. The "Every month" option costs €39.99 / month, with the first charge at the start and an automatic charge each month on the renewal date shown before payment. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Charges remain inactive until the outstanding terms are completed.

10. Contact and commercial release

The official contact channel and the operator's full details have not yet been published. This is why this version remains non-commercial and does not accept payments. Commercial release must not take place until these details are completed and reviewed.
