Frequently Asked Questions
Short, clear answers about use, the end of a conversation, privacy, and future payments.
What happens when the short conversation ends?
After the tenth response, the message field closes so the conversation does not become tiring or repetitive. The user moves to a calm summary, may optionally write what they want to remember, and then chooses whether the conversation is saved in encrypted form only on the device. The saved conversation can then be opened with the local code, or a new short conversation can be started.
Can I continue the same conversation?
The same short conversation ends after six responses. You can return to the summary or start a new conversation with a new focus. This limit keeps the experience focused and helps prevent repetition.
What is Noyvia?
It is an AI tool for adult personal reflection and self-help. It offers general suggestions and questions that may help the user see a situation more clearly.
Is it psychotherapy or professional counselling?
No. It does not diagnose, treat, provide clinical assessment, or give professional direction, and it does not replace an appropriate professional. The final choice and responsibility remain with the user.
Are conversations stored?
Not on Noyvia's server. Saving is optional and, when selected, is encrypted only in the device browser with a local code. If the code is lost, it cannot be recovered.
Is an account or email required?
Noyvia does not require an account or email for the conversation. When payments are enabled, Stripe will ask for a billing email for payment, receipts, and subscription management. Noyvia will not use that email as an account, for marketing, or to link it to conversation content. Access will be restored with an anonymous recovery code.
What will the access options be?
The final structure is €5.00 one time for 24 hours and €39.99 / month for the monthly option, which renews automatically until cancellation. Charges are not active yet. More details are available on the Pricing page.
What happens in immediate danger?
Noyvia is not an emergency service. Call 112 for immediate danger or serious injury. For immediate psychosocial support in Greece, you can call 10306.
